Kim Addie

Sr. Director of Place-Based Initiatives at United Way of Greater Atlanta

As an established program officer, Kim has over 15 years’ experience in the nonprofit sector. Her work has included informing equity-based strategy, portfolio management, curating relationships with community and grantee partners, and providing oversight to the grant-making process for achieving results against organizational objectives.

In her professional tenure at United Way, Kim has successfully spearheaded community-based efforts in maternal and child health, supervised and managed both early education and place-based focused efforts and has successfully managed private foundation, federal, and state grants.
